Personal fitness classes Wimbledon

I run a women’s circuit class in Holland Gardens SW20 every Monday morning at 9:15 am (term time). Improve your fitness, muscle tone and strength in a relaxed and friendly environment. A fun and supportive class catering for all levels of fitness. We use free weights, kettlebells, bands and body weight exercises for a varied full-body workout.

£10 per class and sign up is for half termly blocks.
