I use a mixture of weights, resistance bands, suspension trainers, medicine balls, kettlebells and body weight exercises to create an enjoyable and highly effective workout. Sessions take place at your home, in a park near you or in a personal training studio (for a small additional fee).

Training for up to 4 people. Perfect for a group of friends looking for a social fitness experience, working towards the same fitness goals. £60 per hour session.
