I absolutely love Helen’s Monday group classes. As a newbie, Helen was great for modifying movements for my ability. The classes are challenging and fun. It’s the best way to start my week!

I love my Monday morning circuit training with Helen! She always has a challenging workout for our group but will adjust as necessary if need be. Workouts with Helen always kickstart my week feeling positive more eager to exercise the rest of the week! I highly recommend trying Yesucan Fitness with Helen!!

Yesucan fitness is brilliant! Helen knows her stuff, is inspiring, supportive and fun! I don’t know what I’d do without my sessions in her studio... She has really helped me to build my strength both physically and mentally. My happy place! I thoroughly recommend her to anyone looking to build strength, get fit, or get in shape.

Helen is calm and encouraging and after her Monday morning session I feel completely re-energised. Her exercise routines are varied keeping the sessions interesting whilst pushing us further each week. I am certainly fitter and more toned having started working out in her group class and it's been an added bonus to have met some great people there too!

Brilliant at tailoring sessions to my needs

“Helen is a great trainer. I’m a Physio so I’m always protecting my work-sore wrists and hands. I’m also a mum so have specific needs regarding postnatal rehab, and I used to suffer from back pain. Helen has been absolutely brilliant at tailoring the sessions to my needs and making me feel like I’ve really worked hard. I no longer have back pain, and feel great. I would definitely recommend her.”

“I love Helen’s classes! They are always challenging yet fun. Helen is really good at introducing different exercises each week, meaning there is always something new to try. She is also very adaptable – I had an injury recently and she was able to come up with different ways for me to join in and exercise without exacerbating my injury. A great big thumbs up from me!”
