Philosophy
I am a personal trainer specialising in helping women. I feel passionately about supporting women to achieve their goals whether that be improving their general fitness or increasing their strength and to feel the positive mental benefits that exercise can bring.
I provide training which is tailored to YOU – your current fitness level, what you want to achieve and what you enjoy. I provide workouts that are fun but effective and will push you a little further each week but within your comfort zone. I want all my clients to feel challenged but supported during their sessions and leave feeling energised and with a sense of achievement.
I have my own studio at my home in Raynes Park which provides a personal space ideal for those that find busy gyms a bit intimidating. Equally I am happy to train you at your own home or in the fresh air of one of our local parks if you prefer.
Anything is achievable with the correct mindset and motivation.
Whatever you want to achieve, yes u can do it!
