One of our lovely ladies working hard in the glorious winter sunshine at our Circuits class in Holland Gardens SW20 this Monday morning. A great way to kick start the week!

This lady is doing a half kneeling mid row exercise using a resistance band.  This strengthens the back muscles particularly those located around and between the shoulder blades.  A great exercise to do to improve posture and a must for those people that sit at a desk for much of the day. Resistance bands are a fabulous inexpensive and light weight piece of kit.  This exercise can also be done sitting upright with your legs stretched out in front of you and looping the band over your feet.
